  1. Not sure if my comment posted. I'm new to this.
Praying my words will be seasoned with salt to make others thirsty for the Living Water.

  2. Carol ~ Thank you SO much for stopping in and sharing! I love how you expanded the saltiness of our words to be spoken to make them thirsty for LIVING WATER! LOVE THAT!

  3. Oh, Steph, this has been my biggest soapbox for years. I so love hearing you speak on this topic. I have tried for years to speak positively, to praise instead of complaining, and to encourage rather than tear down. So awesome! I can't even look at that child's photo. Just breaks my heart. I'm getting ready to highlight your book today! Blessings to you, dear one!

  4. Lynn ~ I've been trying to be very conscience of my word choices for years too! It's certainly not always easy to speak life without adding a few grumbling complaints in between sentences. But that whole “giving an account of every idle word” seems to be a constant reminder to speak gracious words, not harsh, critical or judgmental.

    Still working on it.

I agree about the photo. It really does speak so loudly about the words we use. Breaks my heart!

    Love you!
